Employee of the Month | Paula Ansell
We are so happy to introduce our employee of the month for September, Paula Ansell! She has been a huge asset to our team throughout the years and she deserves a shout out for all of her hard work. During our interview with Paula, this is what she had to say about her time at Donnewald Distributing.
“Over 10 years ago, I stepped out of my comfort zone and made the leap from banking to beer! A decision I have never regretted. I was such a novice to the industry and recall trying to grasp the concept of why a barrel of beer was known as a “1/2” barrel vs. a “whole” barrel! Knowledge came with time, but not without the help and guidance of so many talented co-workers. It is with mixed emotions that I move on to my next phase -retirement. I’m looking forward to spending more time with friends & family, traveling, completing those long, overdue projects, and plans to expand the family (the four-legged variety). I’ll never pick up a Bud Select without thinking of my friends at Donnewald Distributing. Thanks for everything…. Cheers!”
